Circuit of the Americas MotoGP™ in Austin

MotoGP™ has made it’s way to Austin, TX with the most skilled riders controlling crazy fast bikes. I feel so lucky that the Circuit of the Americas is built here in ATX and has not only brought Formula F1 racing and MotoGP™ but also brings a host of big name musicians to it’s music stage.

I woke up a bit late and made my way to the track. I want to take in the whole scene and capture every angle of the race. It only takes the guys on a bike about 2mins to finish up lap, but it takes a few hours on foot. There are so many nooks and turns that make watching motorcycle racing very exciting.

The Circuit of the Americas racing track is very unique compared to the sporting events that I’m used to. There are a few different types of tickets you can buy but the main two either has a seat or doesn’t. If you are thinking about going to one of these events I actually suggest just getting general admission tics. With GA you don’t have a seat therefore just about everywhere is where you should be. It is nice to sit down and watch the race but you only get to see a small view of the whole track experience. We walked the whole track and caught every viewpoint and it would be very difficult for me to say which area is the best… there are so many cool spots that you have to just experience them for yourself.
